Quality of the finished product is our constant concern. Our quality control team comprises 4 persons who execute checks weekly throughout all stages of production: from the reception of the raw materials to the finished product. Controls of conformity, biological controls and a surveillance plan to detect any possible toxic residues are made daily on the complete range of Viviers de France products.
Freshness is an active participant in quality at all moments.
To guarantee the optimal freshness of each of our products, we assure a 24H DIRECT FISH. The products received at Castets during the night or the morning are conditioned and packed the same day. Sent out before the end of the morning, they arrive on the fishmongers counter before 08.00h the next morning, throughout France and Europe.
No quality without environmental protection!For more than 10 years, we have applied ourselves to the preservation and upkeep of the fundamental resource that has been given to us: WATER. Without a water of quality there can be no trout farming, no good products and above all no food safety ! Our deep respect for nature leads us to engage in working to a real environmental policy at each step of the business.
Our rule, common to all: to conform or go further than the required regulations to unceasingly improve our management of the environmental system and of our performance.
