Location
El Grado, in the province of Huesca (in Aragon) at the foot of the Spanish Pyrenees. More precisely on the basin on the side of the river “CINCA”, on the flank of the Ebro.

Production : 1000 to 1100 tonnes of rainbow trout divided : about 30% trout portions of 250/300grs and 70% superior trout of 2 to 4 kilos each

Know-how
As a producer, Viveros benefits from a privileged position in the heart of a protected natural park, and which is a true guarantee of quality for the basin.
In effect, it is this pure, crystal clear water which makes the evolution of the Fario trouts, easily recognizable by their colouring of red spots.
These fish, destined for sport fishing, assure the almost complete re-stocking of the Spanish rivers (about twenty tonnes a year).
