As a producer, Viveros benefits from a privileged position in the heart of a protected natural park, and which is a true guarantee of quality for the basin.
In effect, it is this pure, crystal clear water which makes the evolution of the Fario trouts, easily recognizable by their colouring of red spots.
These fish, destined for sport fishing, assure the almost complete re-stocking of the Spanish rivers (about twenty tonnes a year).
