The Ferme Marine Noirmoutier was one of the pioneer companies in turbot rearing at the end of the 80s.
The site, located on the Atlantic marshes, has been chosen for its exceptional quality: quality of water and quality of the environment that are favourable for fish-farming.
The setting in place of the business has been guided by the thought of putting to work innovative and proven rearing techniques. These allow us to produce a product of quality, respecting both the environment and conserving the craftsman-like character.
