

In 2008, the company Viviers de France rejoined the Aker group at the heart of its Seafoods division.

The history of Viviers de France is entwinned with that of fish: Trout ( farming and cutting). Soon they had to make space for the introduction of salmon. Then, from 2000 the aquarium grew.
The company diversified into seafood and little by little never ceased to develop new lines : whole fish, fillets, portions, in packs or loose, sushi, ready cooked meals.
Viviers de France, nevertheless, moored up beside the Aker Seafoods France group, which has more than 170 workers who control the different steps of our trade with know-how and precision: from production to shipping, passing through cutting and packaging, to process the equivalent of 10,000 tonnes of fish - in different forms- a year !
A force to be reckoned with reinforced by the power of the Group, a veritable giant of the seas !
